Dryden High School played host to an exciting two-day exhibition basketball tournament on December 5–6, featuring strong competition from Red Lake, Northern Lakes, Sioux North, Beaver Brae, St. Thomas Aquinas, and the host Eagles. The Red Lake Rams senior boys’ volleyball team also secured their ticket to OFSAA after an outstanding performance at the NWOSSAA “A” finals in Manitouwadge. The Rams defeated the Manitouwadge Wolverines and the ÉSC de La Vérendrye Vipères  in 3-0 matches, winning the regional championship and advancing to the OFSAA tournament in Gravenhurst.
