The Beaver Brae Broncos senior boys’ basketball team is heading to OFSAA after a dominant performance at the NWOSSAA “AA” championship in Thunder Bay. The Broncos swept the Hammarskjold Vikings in two straight games, winning 3–1 and 3–0 to secure the regional title and earn their spot at the provincial tournament in Orillia.

In the “A” division, the Red Lake Rams senior girls’ basketball team also earned their ticket to OFSAA with an impressive showing of their own. The Rams defeated Manitouwadge in two consecutive games to capture the NWOSSAA championship and advance to this year’s OFSAA tournament in Brockville.

Both teams will now prepare to represent their schools NorWOSSA on the provincial stage. Best of luck!
